Property Features

• Low carbon, austenitic chromium – nickel steel which resits intergranular corrosion in the temperature range up to 350°C.
• No post-weld heat treatment required.
• The steel resists weathering and the action of steam, water and acids as well as alkaline solutions.
• Surface finish required of optimum corrosion resistance: pickled.
• Cold forming properties are good.
• The steel is capable of taking a high mirror finish.
